Surveys are an easy way to collect any information you would like to know about your customer or to learn more about your customer satisfaction. Moreover, since there is no limitation of survey topic, it will be a customized value for your business approach.
To create a new survey, you click on 'Create New Survey' and determine the survey details. In the first step, name and description should be typed. Moreover, it should be specified whether the survey will be skiped or not and when to show the survey.
In the second step, questions are set. There are four types of questions that are multiple choice, one choice, essay questions and rating. For each question, you can drag the question type from right side of the page to the left side. In the third step, you define when and whom to ask the survey questions. In the next step, you select a location and the floor that you would like to connect to the Access Point.
In the final step, you see all the details of your Access Point and confirm if everything is well-defined.
